Here is an interactive graph from NYTimes. I like that the graph reflects the changes you make to it. It displays complicated information with many interrelated variables, but for someone who doesn't know much rent and housing, it was still simple to understand and toggle with. The graph is almost like game theory in that it calculates and presents visually what the best option is to do in any given situation.
