Iraq War and Bush

The main problem with this graphic is that it is hard to accurately compare the two graphs.  The scales are drastically different (one increases by 10, the other increases by 500).  This graphic would improve if the graphs could somehow be on the same scale and then placed on one graph.  I am not sure if this is possible, but it would help one compare the data more easily.  On the other hand, I think this graphic is very clear and precise and there is little chart junk (other than the unnecessary bars between the dates).
