I think this is a great graphic because it clearly show which countries have highest and lowest rates, and the populations of males and females affected in each country. It also shows the correlation that males are overall more affected than females. The only way I could think to improve this graphic is to show another dimension of data, so we can see similarities between the countries, either showing geographic region or some other factor and color-coding the countries according to that dimension.
