Julia's Graph

This graph is interesting because it is trying to display six variables: dollars in billions, years, revenues, outlays, large events, and changes in GDP. Given that the graphmaker has chosen such an ambitious project, the graph does tie all six variables together rather neatly. My only concern, though, is that the arrows illustrating GDP should be below the x-axis. There is no need to have them occupy space within the rectangular perimeter of the chart. Other than that, the chart is visually appealing and successfully displays the six variables.
